  • Uninstall previous Miniconda / Anaconda installs
  • Install Miniconda from https://conda.io/miniconda.html

  • Once miconda is installed run the following in the terminal:

    conda install -c conda-forge hyperspy
jupyter labextension install @jupyter-widgets/jupyterlab-manager
