Bunch by Bunch FIR Waveform Control

Allows setting of FIR waveform for a single bunch-by-bunch filter

This page shows two PVs (each PV name is prefixed with $(device):$(axis) and n runs from 0 to 3):

PV	Description
`:FIR:n:TAPS`	This PV shows the currently selected filter taps. If `:FIR:n:USEWF_S` is "Settings" then this is set as described in Bunch by Bunch FIR, if "Waveforms" then `:FIR:n:TAPS_S` defines the taps.
`:FIR:n:TAPS_S`	This PV can be written to by the operator to define custom bunch by bunch filter taps.
