DataVis - Quick Histogram Widget

The Quick Histogram Widget becomes enabled whenever an image is plotted in DataVis. It allows the minimum and maximum values to be set and locked (locking turns off the auto-histogramming when a new image is sliced from a stack, currently the lock doesn't act across different files).
