Do not attempt to do anything that you have not been trained to do by ePSIC staff.
Start the Aztec software on the Aztec remote desktop.
Create a new project in your session directory.
Cool down the detector by clicking on the detector icon
in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen and selecting thermal and clicking operate.
Once cooled (this will take approx. 5 mins) you can insert the detector by clicking selecting position and clicking in.
Select the desired measurement type (Point & ID, Linescan or Map).
Record an image.
